BEFORE THE SNOW

The Pre-Winter Inspection.

FAQ

Questions we get.

What kind of work do you take on?

Repairs and odd jobs, punch lists at the end of a build, scheduled home care, and full renovations. Mounting, fixtures, faucets, drywall and gutter and roof clearing at the small end; permitted remodels and deck rebuilds at the large end.

What areas do you cover?

Park City, Summit County, and Wasatch County, from a base in the Wasatch Back.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Utah B100 general contractor, license 14225435-B100. Insured, and we’ll send a COI on request.

Do you do gutter and roof clearing?

Yes — as a one-off, or as part of a home care plan.

Can you take on a permitted remodel, not just small repairs?

Yes. Utah B100 #14225435. No cap on the size of job we can take, and we can pull permits. Same crew either way.

Do you look after second homes while the owner is away?

Yes. Home care plans are scheduled visits, monthly or annual, and you get a written photo report after each one.

Do you work with builders and property managers?

Yes. Punch-out at the end of a job, worked item by item off your list and returned in your format with photos. COI and W-9 on request.

What are your hours, and how do I get an estimate?

Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, and emergency calls anytime. Call 435-729-0079 or send the address and what’s going on to services@schwarzut.com. We reply within one business day.
